The Ministry of Health runs forty Domino servers across eight domains servicing 1600 Lotus Notes users throughout New Zealand. Employed as a contractor in the Applications and Technical Services team, I worked on second and third level notes calls to resolution as well as performing server monitoring and maintenance duties. Tasks included:

• Creation and Deletion of Notes users, Lotus Notes user and group maintenance,

• Notes Calendaring and Scheduling, Intranet access, Notes database faults and requests,

• Updating and troubleshooting web publishing

• Troubleshooting server response issues, mail routing, replication

• Configuration of webmail access for staff

I was employed at NZ Lotteries as it under took a massive overhaul and expansion of its retail network paving the way for interactive gaming through TV, Internet and mobile phones.
